    Material

FRP: It is formed by winding glass fiber and high-performance resin, and the inner lining is mostly made of sanitary-grade PE material. It features corrosion resistance, light weight and high strength, beautiful appearance, convenient transportation and installation, etc. Moreover, it does not require anti-corrosion treatments such as painting and rubber lining, and has low maintenance costs.

Stainless steel: Commonly used materials are 304 or 316L stainless steel, which has strong corrosion resistance, is not corroded by external air or residual chlorine in water, has good sealing performance, can effectively prevent water quality from being polluted by the outside, and is easy to clean. It is suitable for occasions with high water quality requirements.

    Structural features

Inlet and outlet design: It usually has upper and lower openings, which are connected through flanges or threads. It can be used in conjunction with various types of control valves, facilitating the inflow and outflow of water and the connection of equipment.

Internal accessories: Some cans are equipped with manholes for easy maintenance and inspection. The tank washer is used to clean the remaining substances in the tank after emptying. The liquid level gauge can be used to observe the storage volume in the tank.

Pressure and buffer devices: Some tanks that need to withstand pressure, such as disinfection tanks, are designed with pressure-resistant structures and equipped with pressure reducing valves and buffer chambers, etc., to reduce the impact of pressure changes on the tank and pipelines.

    Technical parameters

Working pressure: The working pressure of different types and materials of water treatment tanks varies. For instance, the working pressure of FRP filter tanks is generally 0.15-0.6MPa, while that of water hammer disinfection tanks can reach 0.8-2.5MPa.

Working temperature: The working temperature of FRP tanks is usually between 1 and 49℃, while that of stainless steel tanks is generally between 5 and 30℃, depending on the material and design.

Processing capacity: For instance, the daily processing capacity of a small water hammer disinfection tank can reach 50 cubic meters, that of a medium-sized one is 100-200 cubic meters per hour, and that of a large one is over 300 cubic meters per hour. There are significant differences among different equipment.
